Ginger Howard Selections will gladly accept full-priced merchandise returns for a full refund within 10 days from the date of delivery with a copy of the original invoice.
All discounted sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
We cannot provide a refund for goods received after the 15 day period.
Merchandise will only be accepted if items have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached.
Returns are acceptable by mail, UPS, or FedEx. However, shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Ginger Howard Selections reserves the right to deny refund if the goods are not returned in a manner that meets the return policy requirements.
Please note: Ginger Howard Selections is a small boutique with limited quantities of merchandise. If for some reason the item you have purchased is no longer in stock: We will try to order the item from the designer and place your item on backorder. We will fully refund your purchase if the item is unavailable. Either way, we will contact you immediately.
If you would like to make an exchange: Please fill out the exchange form enclosed in the box, and include the form with the style received when mailing back the package.
