Online Order Return Policy:
Ginger Howard Selections will gladly accept full-priced merchandise returns for a full refund within 10 days from the date of delivery with a copy of the original packing list. 
All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.
We cannot provide a refund for goods received after the 10-day period.
Merchandise will only be accepted if items have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached.
Returns are acceptable by mail, UPS, or FedEx. However, shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Ginger Howard Selections reserves the right to deny a refund if the goods are not returned in a manner that meets the return policy requirements.
 
Please note: Ginger Howard Selections is a small boutique with limited quantities of merchandise. If for some reason the item you have purchased is no longer in stock, we will try to order the item from the designer or we will fully refund your purchase if the item is unavailable. Either way, we will contact you immediately.
 
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to make an exchange: Please fill out the exchange form enclosed in the box, and include the form with the style received when mailing back the package. You pay your own shipping to return items.

We will gladly refund you the amount of your item(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You may exchange your item(s) or receive a store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items may not have been worn and must have original tags.
All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or at a cash & carry trunk show are a FINAL SALE.

All Special Orders must be pre-paid. Special Orders may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the day we receive the item(s) and call you.
