Returns and Exchanges
Online Order Return Policy:
Ginger Howard Selections will gladly accept full-priced merchandise returns for a full refund that are received back in the shop within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please fill out the return form included in your order and send it back with your purchase.
We cannot provide a refund for goods received after the 10-day period.
Merchandise will only be accepted if items have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached.
You are responsible for your own return shipping. Returns are accepted by hand delivery, USPS mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Ginger Howard Selections reserves the right to deny a refund if the goods are not returned in a manner that meets the return policy requirements.
Online Orders for In-Store Pickup

In-Store and Phone Orders That Are NOT Shipped:
We will gladly refund you the amount of your item(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You may exchange your item(s) or receive a store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items may not have been worn and must have original tags.
All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or at a cash & carry trunk show are a FINAL SALE.
In-Store and Phone Orders That Are ARE Shipped:
Ginger Howard Selections will gladly accept full-priced merchandise returns for a full refund that are received back in the shop within 10 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for your own return shipping.
Please note: Ginger Howard Selections is a small boutique with limited quantities of merchandise. If for some reason the item you have purchased is no longer in stock, we will try to order the item from the designer or we will fully refund your purchase if the item is unavailable. Either way, we will contact you immediately.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to make an exchange please fill out the exchange form enclosed with your package, and include the form with the item received when mailing back the package.

Discounted and Sale Items
All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. This includes anything that was marked down or purchased with a discount code.
The only exception is the WELCOME15 code.
Special Orders
All Special Orders must be pre-paid. Special Orders may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the day we receive the item(s) and call you or they are delivered to you in the mail.
Trunk Show Orders
All Trunk Show Special Orders must be pre-paid. Special Orders may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the day we receive the item(s) and call you or they are delivered to you in the mail.
Received the Wrong Item?
Email us at ginger@gingerhowardselections.com and we will send you a return label and the correct item.
