Bow Sleeve Jacket Tone on Tone

This jacket has velvet polkadots for a fun look. Designed for subtle shaping for a flattering fit, it has notched lapels, an open front with a point collar, and feminine tie bows on the 3/4-length sleeves. It has shoulder pads. The length is 26" and it hits below the hip. It is not lined. 75% Rayon, 21% Nylon, 4% Spandex. Hand wash. Made in Montreal.
