This dress is a new style from Gretchen Scott, with a puff sleeve ending in a coordinating fabric cuff. It has functional shiny brass buttons down the front of the dress, side seam pockets, and an optional 8" wide belt that measures 80" long. It has a 4" hand hem. 89% Polyester, 11% Elastane. Machine Wash Cold / Cool Tumble Dry or Dry Clean. Made in China.
